Bios Alpha hanging garden sofa has unique form evocative of a zeppelin airship. This same long & curvaceously contoured form is also what provides the pod’s fantastic comfort.

How many people can Alpha carry?

Alpha modern swing seat is long enough for 2 adults to comfortably lie in, or for 3 adults to sit in. The curvaceous form also provides fantastic ergonomic comfort, whether you’re lying down or sitting inside Alpha.

Luxury Sofa Swing Cushion

Add the custom-made luxury cushion and Alpha modern swing seat transforms into the most comfortable furniture we’ve sold ever sold.

• The cushion has a “scalloped” form which ensures that it snugly fits within Alpha’s curves.
• The cushion is 15cm thick and reaches both ends of Alpha and also up to head height on the pod’s back.

The luxury sofa swing cushion is made in highest quality Panama Agora fabric. The cushion is available in;

• Beige-cafe (taupe).
• Fossil (mid-grey).

Where Can I Install My Alpha?

You can install Alpha modern swing seat in a variety of ways. For instance, Alpha weighs approximately 40kg, and can be suspended from;

• A branch.
• A beam of a pergola.
• Alternatively, we also supply an all-weather sofa swing stand which can be used for Alpha. Importantly, please note that due to Alpha’s width, the ends of the pod will touch the vertical mast of the base when the pod revolves.

Rope Mounting Kit Supplied As Standard

Basalt fiber was originally a Top Secret material used by the Soviets. Significantly, basalt fiber is;

Production technique

• Firstly, basalt fiber is extracted from basalt lava rock at high temperatures.
• The fiber is then mixed with epoxy resin and applied by hand over a mold to create the furniture’s structure.
• The hand-applied fibers ensure that no two pieces of furniture are the same.

Bulletliner finish

The furniture features a black Bulletliner finish. Importantly, Bulletliner was originally developed to coat the underside of vehicles. The coating is;

• Impact and scratch resistan
