Unknown Nordic Bios Alpha Swing Seat is a distinctive outdoor hanging sofa designed by Raimonds Cirulis. Inspired by the streamlined form of a zeppelin, its elongated cocoon-like shape creates a relaxing suspended lounge experience for gardens, terraces and hospitality environments.

Designed to accommodate up to three seated adults or two adults reclining, Alpha combines sculptural presence with outstanding comfort. Alpha is handcrafted from advanced basalt fibre composite, a lightweight yet exceptionally strong material selected for its durability, UV resistance and long-term outdoor performance.

Finish

The exterior is protected with a Bulletliner® coating, providing excellent resistance to weathering, scratches and UV exposure while requiring minimal maintenance.

Upholstery

Optional bespoke outdoor cushions are available in premium weather-resistant fabrics, providing enhanced comfort and support.

Configuration

Alpha is supplied with a rope mounting kit and can be suspended from suitable structural supports such as pergolas and tree branches. An optional freestanding base is also available.
