U-nite Table’s Frame & Legs

Unite’s slender frame is made in cast aluminium. Importantly, the powder coated aluminium is strong and corrosion resistant. What’s more, the aluminium frame is available in Black, White, Sand, Mushroom and Bronze colour finishes. Significantly, the legs and frame are also optionally available in solid teak (Tectona grandis). Significantly, teak is naturally oil-rich, making it highly resistant to rotting and corrosion. What’s more, the teak is hand-sanded to a smooth & tactile finish. Lastly, teak does not splinter and is highly resistant to the harshest extremes of weather.

Sustainable Teak

Importantly, all teak used by Royal Botania is carefully monitored to confirm its origin, legality and sustainability. What’s more, Royal Botania has undertaken to give back more to the environment than it uses. For example, Royal Botania founded the Green Forest Plantation Company in 2010. Significantly, the company subsequently created a plantation with a surface area of about 200 hectares (i.e. 500 acres). Moreover, over 250,000 teak trees were planted there between 2011 and 2014.
