Lastly, you can choose either a 1/free-standing base, or 2/base with in-ground fitting.

Total Weight of Stand; 80 kg / 176 lb. Bios outdoor swing seat support consists of 2 components; base foot and base mast which are connected with heavy duty bolts (supplied).
The base with in-ground fitting is perfect if you want to lose the foot of the regular base. Significantly, the base with in-ground fitting consists of the same mast as the regular free-standing base, measuring 262 x 147 cm / 8ft 7″ x 4ft 9″. Next, this is then fitted within a spigot, which allows you to revolve the base through 360⁰. Importantly, the galvanised steel spigot needs to be set in concrete ballast measuring 90 x 90 x 90cm / 2ft 11″ x 2ft 11″ x 2ft 11″.
The Bios swing seat frame has a timeless contemporary design. For instance, the outdoor swing seat support has a gracefully curved upright which compliments the the organic design of the Bios modern swing seat collection. Importantly, the foot of the outdoor swing seat support is designed for maximum stability. Lastly, the heavy duty hanging chair frame is finished in Black, perfectly matching the Bios modern swing sofa and hanging garden chair collection. NB; Please note that due to its width, the ends of Bios Alpha swing sofa will touch the vertical mast of the hanging chair stand when Alpha revolves.
Significantly, the Bios high quality swing seat base is made in heavy duty tubular steel. Secondly, the steel frame is given a zinc phosphate anti-corrosion treatment. Lastly, the base is given a durable C4 coating system. Importantly, the C4 coating is designed to withstand environmental conditions classified as highly corrosive. For instance, the base’s C4 finish ensures that it is suitable for even marine environments. Significantly, the high quality swing seat frame is designed to carry a maximum load of 250 kg.
