For your peace of mind, Unknown’s magical garden furniture use only high quality garden furniture materials. For instance, this unique garden swing chair is hand-made in basalt fibre. Significantly, basalt fibre was once a Top Secret polymer used by the Soviet Union. Moreover, basalt fibre is light yet extremely strong, making it a truly versatile material. For instance the Soviets used basalt fibre to make rocket nose cones and fuel drop-tanks. Nowadays, this remarkable material has now been applied to more peaceful and creative purposes. For instance, Lucid garden swing chair weighs a mere 15kg, yet has a load tolerance of 400kg!
Firstly, the intricately hand-laid basalt fibres are placed over a mold. Secondly, the pod is finished in a high performance Bullet Liner coating. Significantly, Bullet Liner is also used to coat the underside of vehicles, and is impact, scratch, UV and weather-resistant. Moreover, Lucid is finished as standard in a Black Bullet Liner coating.
Bios Lucid garden swing seat is supplied as standard with 3m of synthetic hemp rope to hang Lucid from. What’s more, the hemp rope makes a great contrast with Lucid’s cool black modern design. Importantly, the synthetic hemp rope is strong, UV and weather-resistant. Lastly, please contact us should you require more rope.
