The design of Sotomon linear planter is simplicity itself. For example, the planter’s design features timeless modern form that will not age. What’s more, the slatted timber trellis provides support and shelter for your planting. Moreover, the timber slats harmoniously contrast Sotomon’s sleek Anthracite HPL surfaces. Lastly, Sotomon’s optional trellis has feet which neatly fit beneath the planter, which in turn supports the trellis.

For your peace of mind, Conmoto modern garden furniture is made using only the best materials. For example, Sotomon is a durable planter made in Anthracite colour HPL (High Pressure Laminate). Importantly, HPL is a highly durable materials widely specified by architects for both interior and exterior use. For instance, HPL is scratch, impact and UV resistant. The material is consequently widely used for cladding of buildings, the construction of cubicles and many other applications.
Secondly, the trellis slats are made in high quality thermo-treated ash which is ideal for both interior and exterior use. Significantly, thermo-treated ash is extremely durable and stable and has an attractive appearance. Moreover, the kiln dried timber is heated to 212°C at which point the timber’s natural properties change. The ash subsequently turns to a rich walnut brown colour. Importantly, the trellis slats are also optionally available in high quality teak. Please contact us for more information on this option.
Lastly, the dividers between each timber slat are made in stainless steel. Importantly, stainless steel s strong and highly resistant to corrosion.
