Marie Schmid-Schweiger founded her design studio in Munich in 2003. After working as an assistant at the Dieter Rehm photography studio at The Academy of Fine Arts in Munich, she began studying design at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich.

Significantly, Marie Schmid-Schweiger is also a lecturer at the Academy of Fashion and Design in Munich. Lastly, Marie Schmid-Schweiger has worked in collaboration with designer Florian Viererbl since 2003.
In 2000, Florian Viererbl founded his product design office.
Subsequently, this followed the completion of his studies in Industrial Design at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich.
