The story behind the design
Deep in the Latvian forest, designer and physicist Raimonds Cirulis created a unique series of swing seats and hanging sofas. Inspired by nature and science, these pieces combine contemporary aesthetics with an intimate, private atmosphere.

Premium quality materials
Bios modern swing chair pods are made in basalt fibre, a remarkable polymer first discovered by the Soviets. For instance, basalt was first used in the aerospace industry, thanks to its lightness, immense strength and durability
