Choice is a consumer-centric design, where you can easily alter the design and function of the chair.
For instance, you can quickly and easily change the chair’s upholstery cover without the use of tools. The cover is easy to clean or to exchange for another.
Alternatively, you can use the chair without upholstery too.
You can change the function of Choice from a dining chair to bar chair by swapping the base.
Consequently, Choice offers endless of possibilities. Use your creativity to design Choice to match your exact desires and space. Moreover, you can use Choice both indoors and out.
Grooves in Choice chair’s back ensure a dynamic flexible backrest. The open construction of the chair’s shell back gives “airflow” and ventilation resulting in remarkable comfort.
The chair’s coloured shells use 98% recycled polypropylene (white 30%) and are made from a zero-waste production process.
Choice chair’s optional teak legs use certified teak. This is your guarantee that this precious timber has been responsibly sourced and processed.

Choice chair’s optional hardwood legs use solid teak. Teak (Tectona grandis) is naturally oil-rich hardwood, making it ideal for outdoor use.
The teak is delivered untreated. Consequently, Cane-line’s sustainably sourced teak furniture will naturally develop a silver-grey patina over time. Alternatively, you can retain the timber’s original golden color by applying a teak sealant.
Please note that teak is a natural product and therefore continues to change. For example, this means that small cracks can develop due to drying, and that slats can warp slightly.
Cane-line teak is approved and forested under the SVLK – Sistem Verifikasi Legalitas Kayu (Indonesia’s timber legality assurance system) certification system. Importantly, this ensures that the timber is sustainably sourced and responsibly processed.
