Contemporary Teak Chair

Carés is a harmonious combination of grace and contemporary craftsmanship.

The chair’s warm hardwood frame is expertly crafted and hand-finished. Importantly, this beautiful piece has a frame made from the finest teak, known for its durability and rich, warm tones.

Next, the back of the chair is wrapped in a cord consisting of twisted Batyline fibers. Significantly, the Batyline does not absorb water at all.

For the seat, the same Batyline cord is woven to create a classic cross-shaped pattern. The subsequent result gives the Carés a charismatic look, literally and figuratively intertwining past and present.

Luxury Outdoor Furniture Materials

For your peace of mind, Royal Botania use only the best materials.

Carés chair uses solid premium quality plantation teak (Tectona grandis). Significantly, teak is naturally oil-rich, making it highly resistant to rotting and corrosion. The teak is hand-sanded to a smooth & tactile finish. Lastly, teak does not splinter and is highly resistant to the harshest extremes of weather.

Sustainable teak

Importantly, Royal Botania carefully monitor all teak to confirm its origin, legality and sustainability. What’s more, Royal Botania has undertaken to give back more to the environment than it uses.

For example, Royal Botania founded the Green Forest Plantation Company in 2010. Significantly, the company subsequently created a plantation with a surface area of about 200 hectares (i.e. 500 acres). Moreover, the Green Forest Plantation Company planted over 250,000 teak trees there between 2011 and 2014.

Carés chair’s seat & back use Batyline fibre. Significantly, the material is;

Carés’s snug cushions features 100% solution-dyed acrylic fabric. Significantly, the fabric is;

Importantly, you can remove and machine wash the cushion covers too.

Lastly, the cushion also includes a QuickDry foam filling. For instance, this ensures that any moisture is quickly expelled from the cushion’s interior.
